Coach Theo began with the goal of helping people to become better parkour practitioners. Now his goals have expanded to include helping people to improve their movement in all forms. He uses his expertise to identify muscular imbalances and create specialized programs to correct them. The end result is maintained mobility, reduced pain, and ultimately independence throughout life.
Theo received his Art du Deplacement and Parkour Teaching Certification in early 2011 and has been passionately coaching parkour since. On several occasions, he has had the opportunity to train with the founders of the discipline. Through his work with Parkour Horizons, he has coached with some of earliest adopters of parkour in America. Since starting his coaching journey, he has also been certified as an Emergency Medical Technician, MovNat level 1 and 2 coach, and both a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Over the years he has traveled to attend several international events and taught alongside the founders of parkour and many internationally recognized coaches. In 2012, Theodore followed his passion overseas and spent a month living in London, training with one of the most successful group of coaches in the parkour world, Parkour Generations.
Now Theo takes on private clients and helps them to unlock their movement potential.
